  They didn't greet guests, we had to look for them to give $ for charity chosen even though we gave them envelopes and asked if they wanted someone to sit in front to help, which was declined by them. They didn't send plants nor book to reception nor envelopes, which we were told they would do. We had a "street" person that came in that "they" didn't even see and I pointed out to them and was told "that's not very Christian" Really??? If you want respect for your love one's family I suggest another funeral home. Not the same since son took over.
